Learn To Dive
My name is Jeff Toorish and this is my website. This site is designed to document my diving travels and exploration, as well as my work as a dive journalist and photographer.

It is my hope that this site will provide interesting information, photos and useful data.

If there is something you are interested in seeing on AtomicPirate.com, please send me an E-mail at jtoorish@gmail.com.

My primary diving interest is exploration diving. As the a photographer and writer for Advanced Diver Magzaine I have had the opportunity to dive in some of the most remote and fascinating places in the world.

I am also a rebreather diver, and most of my diving is now closed circuit.

I have written about many of my diving experiences here and at Advanced Diver Magazine, and ADM E-zine.

I have recently added a new feature to AtomicPIrate.com, YouTube Interviews. Most of these interviews are related to rebreather diving, and they are in conjunction with Advanced Diver Magazine and RebreatherWorld.com.

In the future, there will also be additional interviews not specifically related to CCR as well as video product reviews.

I will shortly begin adding reviews of diving products to this website in an effort to bring you additional information about diving equipment, what it does and how well it functions.

If you are interested in viewing my non-diving related photos, please visit my other website, JeffToorish.com.

By all means, if you have any questions of ideas, get in touch. I'm always interested in hearing what people have to say.

In January of 2009 Club Med asked me to get involved in a new web portal they are producing, Club Med Insider.

The portal is designed not only for Club Med travelers, but anyone interested in learning more about resort travel; think of it as Trip Advisor meets Facebook. It is a fun, highly interactive website with a lot to offer anyone interested in traveling.

I will provide diving tips, information about equipment and general comments about scuba. I'll also be commenting in my weekly column on diving controversies and scuba related issues that are affecting the industry.

Look for photos and articles every week and by all means, if you have any questions or ideas, leave a message.
